    6. Inactive Video Policy

    Under UpnShare current policy:

    • Videos uploaded to the platform that do not generate any views or downloads within a continuous period of 90 days may be removed from the system.
    • Accounts that use the service solely for data storage purposes, without any actual usage activity or without contributing traffic to the system, may be suspended, and all associated videos may be permanently deleted.
    • For accounts that generate significant traffic for the platform, UpnShare may at its sole discretion, exempt such accounts from the inactive video removal policy, even if some or all videos do not generate views or downloads.
    • The evaluation of account activity and traffic will be based on actual usage data, and the final decision shall rest solely with UpnShare.

    7. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate your access to the website at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the site ends immediately, but the provisions regarding content ownership, liability, and other terms will survive.

    8. Intellectual Property

    UpnShare.com and its content (except user-generated content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from the site without permission.
